Sharing Your Data

gaib4 does not sell your personal data. We share personal data with the following categories of third parties only to the extent strictly necessary to deliver our services and meet legal obligations:

• Payment processors and banking partners: Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet operators (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) receive the minimum financial and identity data needed to process your deposit or withdrawal transaction.

Children & Minors

gaib4 requires all account holders to confirm their age during registration and to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are enabled. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated bets voided, and deposits returned to the payment source used, subject to verification. Any personal data belonging to a minor that is identified in gaib4's systems will be deleted without undue delay.

Marketing Communications
