Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with gaib4's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gaib4 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, agreements, or understandings of any kind, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" include both the individual user and the relevant legal entity.

Clause 3

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on gaib4, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years of age or older;
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access and use online betting and gaming services;
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party;
• You do not hold any existing Account on the Platform and have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from gaib4;
• You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction or disorder; and
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, undue influence, or legal incapacity of any kind.

gaib4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by gaib4 may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. gaib4 makes no representations regarding the legality of online betting in any particular jurisdiction.

Clause 4

Account Registration

To access the full range of gaib4's services — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — you must register a verified Account. Registration is free of charge and does not impose any obligation to deposit funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• A valid email address to which you have sole access;
• A mobile phone number registered in Indonesia;
• Your date of birth; and
• Your preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. gaib4 will rely on the information you provide to operate your Account, process payments, and communicate with you. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles gaib4 to close your Account immediately.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The opening of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If gaib4 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by shared name, date of birth, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other means — all secondary accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

gaib4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

Clause 5

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. gaib4 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must notify gaib4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. Until such notification is received, you remain liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.

gaib4 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections, two-factor authentication (2FA) options, and continuous login-activity monitoring. You are encouraged to enable 2FA on your Account for enhanced security. Despite these measures, gaib4 cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaims liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

gaib4 reserves the right to lock or suspend any Account that it has reasonable grounds to believe has been compromised, is being accessed by an unauthorised party, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, pending investigation.

Clause 6

Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). gaib4 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by gaib4's payment processor. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 via e-wallet and Rp 25.000 via bank transfer. There is no maximum single deposit, though gaib4 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with its anti-money-laundering procedures. gaib4 does not charge fees on deposits made via supported Indonesian payment channels; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which gaib4 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals. To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours during WIB business hours (09:00–23:00 WIB, UTC+7), subject to security and compliance checks. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your gaib4 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. gaib4 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or potentially fraudulent.

gaib4 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, gaib4 will notify you and may request supporting documentation before releasing the funds.

Clause 7

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the gaib4 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant market or game type, which are published on the relevant product pages and incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gaib4 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable product rules (for example, match abandonment or obvious pricing errors).
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game settings — whether caused by technical failure, human error, or any other cause — gaib4 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to your Account Balance. The determination of what constitutes a manifest error rests solely with gaib4.
• gaib4's sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup qualifying, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika Grand Prix), E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other markets. Market availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are available on the sportsbook. Specific rules for these bet types are published on the Sportsbook product page.
• Live (in-play) betting is available on selected markets. Odds for in-play markets update in real time. A bet is confirmed only when gaib4's systems have accepted and acknowledged it; network delays may affect whether an in-play bet is accepted at a displayed price.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are published within the relevant market and may be adjusted at gaib4's discretion without prior notice.

Clause 8

Bonuses & Promotions

gaib4 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and enhanced-odds promotions to eligible Account holders from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all gaib4 promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Account holders aged 21 or over only. gaib4 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, wagers placed on live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) contribute at a lower rate toward wagering requirements than wagers on slots. Specific contribution percentages are published per promotion.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is satisfied.
• gaib4 will not apply a bonus to an Account without the Account holder's prior consent. Players may opt out of a specific promotion by contacting support at [email protected] before the bonus is credited.
• gaib4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and partially wagered will be honoured under the original terms of that promotion up to the point of cancellation.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds (arbitrage), or any other strategy designed to exploit promotions rather than play in good faith — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9 and may result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and closure of your Account.

Clause 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gaib4 Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles gaib4 to suspend or permanently close your Account, void all associated bets, and forfeit any Account Balance, with or without prior notice:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or ongoing Account maintenance;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or, if younger, the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction;
• Engaging in or facilitating fraud, money laundering, or any other financially criminal activity in connection with your Account or any transaction on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit pricing errors, or interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal human play;
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino games, or any other game type where such collusion confers an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing mistake for financial gain, and failing to report it to gaib4 promptly;
• Abusing bonus offers as described in Clause 8;
• Attempting to access or tamper with gaib4's servers, systems, source code, or databases by any means; and
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward gaib4 staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

gaib4 may report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

Clause 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the gaib4 Platform — including but not limited to the gaib4 brand name and logo, website design, software, game assets, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of gaib4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any element of the Platform's Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of gaib4.

Game software and content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the intellectual property of the respective studios and are licensed to gaib4 for distribution via the Platform. Your use of such games is subject to both these Terms and any applicable end-user licence terms of the relevant studio.

Clause 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gaib4 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

gaib4 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; or
• Losses arising from interruption of service, technical failures, telecommunication outages, or force majeure events beyond gaib4's reasonable control.

Where gaib4's liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, gaib4's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits gaib4's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

Clause 12

Privacy & Data Protection

gaib4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

gaib4 uses your personal data to operate your Account, process payments, comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, provide customer support, and (where you have opted in) send you promotional communications. gaib4 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by gaib4, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Please contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

Clause 13

Responsible Gaming

gaib4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Every Account holder has access to the following self-management tools at any time, without requiring support approval to activate:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly IDR deposit caps, which take effect immediately on activation and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours after any upward adjustment request;
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on the amount that may be lost in a given period;
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen notifications at configurable intervals during active play sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account locks for durations of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, which cannot be reversed before expiry; and
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, which cannot be reversed before expiry under any circumstances.

Clause 14

Suspension & Termination of Accounts

gaib4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• gaib4 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with your Account;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested;
• You have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9;
• Regulatory requirements or a court order compels gaib4 to close the Account; or
• You are found to be ineligible under Clause 3 (for example, you are under 21 years of age).

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Balance (i.e., excluding unconverted Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Where an Account is closed by gaib4 due to a breach of these Terms or Prohibited Conduct, gaib4 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account Balance pending investigation and, where losses to gaib4 or third parties are established, to apply that Balance in satisfaction of those losses.

Clause 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gaib4 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of Indonesia, the laws of the licensing jurisdiction shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and gaib4 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting gaib4's support team at [email protected]. gaib4 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial submission, either party may escalate the matter to the alternative dispute resolution mechanism provided by gaib4's licensing authority. Details of this mechanism are available upon request from gaib4's support team.

You agree that any legal proceedings brought in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in the English language.

Clause 16

Amendments to These Terms

gaib4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it could reasonably affect your rights or obligations as a Player — gaib4 will provide at least 14 days' notice of the change by email to the address registered on your Account, by a prominent notice on the Platform, or both.

Non-material amendments (for example, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 14 before the amendment's effective date.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at gaib4.bet/terms-conditions. The effective date shown in the page header indicates when the current version came into force.
